From Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7

1. Restart the computer and tap F8 key when the BIOS loads.
2. Choose “Safe Mode with Networking” and press Enter.
3. Launch your browser and download an antivirus program.
4. Install it properly on the system and run a full system scan, remove all the threats.
5. “Restart” the system in Normal mode.

Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

1. Press “Win+I” and click on the “Power Options icon”.  Now press and hold the “Shift key” and click “Restart”.
2. Go to “Troubleshoot” and choose “Advanced Options”. Select “Startup Settings”.
3. Click on “restart” and tap F5 to reboot the system into “Safe Mode with Networking”.
4. Open your browser and download antivirus program.
5. Install it properly.
6. Run a full system scan and remove all threats.
7. Restart your PC in Normal Mode.
